Good

Location and local amenities. Restaurants and shops are closeby.

We were 4 guests, at arrival no towels were supplied, after requesting for multiple times, we received only 2 towels and 2 bottles of water. the sheets were smelly and toilet did not flush well. Also after shower the drain was spilling soapy foams. The kids bed was meant to be a sofa bed, we arrived at 2am and the bed was not prepared.

The location is very good - close to many public transport stops. There are several supermarkets as well as restaurants and take a way places. Clean and well equipped apartment.

From time to time you may see a cockroach, but when we informed the reception they immediately sent extra cleaning to the room.

If you don't want parking, it is a good place to stay. Hotel is full most of the days.

Overall experience. Staff are ok and helpful. Reception is good. Within City. Only main issue is parking. Maintenance/Renovation work is going on so no parking at all. I parked car in a distant place and came to hotel by taxi.

Cleaning staff are just fine; not very good as a traveler expect. Parking will be a big issue at least for an year.

Big clean rooms, old furniture smelly curtains ( cigarette smoke)

It was a big apartment , 18 min walking distance from the beach a lot of shops, restaurant pharmacy’ around so good location and clean, helpful nice staff

Its old furniture and the curtain smell like cigarette smoke that makes an ugly smell in all the apartment but i guess thats why its only 3 star hotel .

Good

Staff were always willing to help. The location was close to the Corniche and was in the middle of all the various tourist attractions (although all require taxi to get there just with how expansive the city is). Room was quiet and didn't have any issues with noise. Wifi was fast and had no issues with connecting. Was useful to have a washing machine and clothes rack. Aircon worked well.

Room a bit more dated than what the pictures make it out to be and on arrival had a bit of a musty smell which was quickly aired out. Unfortunately we didn't get any towels on check in so had to ask for some (although I'm sure this would not be the norm). Although there is a kitchenette with stove, there are limited utensils/pots to do much cooking if that's something you are looking for. The bathroom has no handrails to hold onto so just be mindful if you don't have the best mobility getting in and out of a shower/bath combo.

Overall, the stay was comfortable, and services were good.

Location was good, room was good only the kitchen facilities were not up to our expectation. We did not take breakfast as we take only fruits which we bought from the markets.

The pots which were given for cooking on induction heater were not properly cleaned and very old. we tried to cook on our cooker but that did not work on their induction.

Hotel apartment is complete with all facilities. Location of hotel is great.Staffs are friendly. Rooms are cleaned well on daily basis with out requesting. Had a Wonderful stay.

I really could not find any negatives.

Okay for a couple, not family

The location is great! And thats about it. For the amount of money its okay.

The big bed is fine, but the sofa bed is horrible to sleep on. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke. The staff were nice until we had to leave and we wanted them to look after our luggage for a few hours, because our flight was later that day. We were told no because they were renovating the reception desk. After asking for the manager or for a refund because the only reason we booked with them was because they had the option to leave our luggage there is listed here, whereas other apartment placed didn't, they finally found a place to keep our luggage. Overall this 30min of arguing left a bad taste in my mouth.

Room was really good. Staff was friendly and accommodated requests beyond our expectation.

Great value for its money. The location is perfect, right in the city centre. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.
